September’s Future Planning Forum brought together nearly 40 AWC members and interested colleagues to discuss where the association should focus its programs and what participants needed to become and remain members.
The discussion was lively and the answers varied, but when analyzed, the responses fell in two categories. What do we most value? Building relationships and professional development opportunities. AWC will focus upcoming programming in these two areas, as well exploring how to better meet the differing needs of our emerging, mid-career, and established members.
